Blooming Rootz Booking & Cancellation Policy At Blooming Rootz, we understand that plans can change and cancellations may be necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. This policy applies to all clients who book services with Blooming Rootz. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid penalties. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 75% charge of the total service fee. • Deposits are non-refundable. • Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability. How to Cancel or Reschedule To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please click the notification link sent to the email address or phone number on file. This will display your appointment details and available options. If you experience any issues, please contact the business directly by phone. No Call, No Show (NCNS) Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will be considered a No Call, No Show (NCNS). Clients who do not notify their stylist at least 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service fee. Emergencies We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are unable to cancel due to a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Blooming Rootz will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and work toward a reasonable solution.
